I've got to add another vote for the Borne series.
Also Final Destination. OK I know they're cheesy as hell and this trilogy has 4 movies in it, but for some reason I've always enjoyed those movies (well, I haven't see 4 yet).
And I'm praying the 28 days/weeks/(hopefully)months series turns into a trilogy.
