RIP

I think its fucking bullshit to blame a whole city for the death of mac dre. Its like the same thing happened with biggie when he died in Los angeles, NY stopped fucking with most of LA's music and they blamed the whole city for the death (i feel like they still got bad feelings towards L.A> cuz of the whole biggie thing) of their king (BIG) and thats how LA started to fall off in the rapgame cuz Ny runs and has alot of influence on this hiphop industry.

But anyway mac dre got killed by a 1 idiot not by the whole city. So why the fuck eytime in the bay all i hear is fuck KC?? Thats stupid to me go and find the nigga that killed mac dre and handle it dont blame a whole city 4 it. And as far as fat tone i dont know the man so i dont know what kind of nigga he is and i dont care cuz he is (supposedly) dead now and he ha a family and a mother too. If you have ever seen a mothers face when her son dies you would now what the fuck im talking about.

GOD BLESS THE DEAD
RIP FAT TONE RIP MAC DRE

Kansas City Rapper Killed in Las Vegas
Kansas City, MO/South of Las Vegas, NV --- A Kansas City rapper is shot and killed in a neighborhood south of Las Vegas. A security guard found 22-year-old Anthony Watkins, also known as "Fat Tone", dead inside a car at the end of a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood near Vegas. Another man was dead on the ground nearby. Investigators say both men were shot several times. In October 2003, Watkins was supposed to perform at Millenium Club on Kansas City's east side, but someone shot him during what police call a 'rolling disturbance.'
Watkins had just left a radio station near 47th and Main when that shooting happened. Detectives do not know who's responsible for Fat Tone's death, but police in Kansas City say Watkins may have known something about the murder of a California rapper named Mac-Dre. Dre died in a drive-by shooting in Kansas City last fall.

....

Well, there's always a mourning period for any human life in my eyes... its a shame people gotta be gettin killed off like they do and especially under the circumstances.

But it makes me wonder...

The way some people handle their shit, can't you kinda see it coming?

I mean, when Tupac died he saw it coming- and if you followed him on the news and listened to his music and interviews, you could see it too. Somebody didn't like him for whatever reason. Im just gunna assume that someone had a problem with Mac Dre in KC. Maybe he was just actin a fool in the wrong place at the wrong time and he got hit for a dumb reason. Coulda been the same for Big Tone, but maybe somebody thought they would retaliate cuz they believed he was involved in the Dre shooting.

All I really want to know is the reasons cats gotta die in that manner, and why?

I mean, I know of some people in the Detroit area that just got dealt with cuz they couldn't act right in their surroundings. They payed for it. But with these dudes bein rappers, could it be some kind of "actin hard in the wrong town" kinda thing or do these guys have legitimate beef in the areas they went to?

Im gunna stop, I probably said something stupid by now.

Sources: Quadruple Shooting May Be Related to Death of Fat Tone

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Sources told KCTV5 News that police were investigating whether a quadruple shooting overnight had any connection to the shooting death Monday in Las Vegas of a rapper with a connection to Kansas City.

On “KCTV5 News at Noon,” KCTV5’s Sharita Hutton said, “Officially, police tell us there is no connection, but our sources tell us this shooting may be related to the shooting death of Fat Tone in Las Vegas.”

The four people were shot and wounded off U.S. Highway 71 near 55th Street.

They were in a vehicle stopped at a stop light when another vehicle pulled up near theirs and one or more people inside fired shots into their vehicle.

The victims drove themselves to a hospital.

Three of them still were there at noon Wednesday. They were listed in serious condition.

Police at the hospital investigating an unrelated matter spotted the victims and called for backup.

Monday in Las Vegas, Anthony Watkins, a Kansas City native also known as Fat Tone, was found dead along with another man.

At about 11 a.m. Wednesday, Las Vegas police released the names of three people they thought might have information about the shooting death of Fat Tone and Jermaine Akins, 24.

They were looking for Andre "Mac Minister" Dow, 34; Tanisha Aaron, 27, and Jason Mathis, 24.

In Kansas City, police didn’t have any suspects in the overnight quadruple shooting in the city, they said.
