Exotic Pet Fish

I've been thinking about getting a fish tank for my room. Other then the obvious Petco and Petsmart, are there any other places in the Bay Area to buy fish? Nothing too crazy or expansive, but something exotic that maybe you wouldn't find at a regular pet store.

For those of you that own fish tanks, what kind of fish do you own? Post some pics.
