theres a infomercial selling nail clippers that actually stores the clippings in a small container in the clipper.. check out teh google.

i dunno about no infomercial, but they sell normal clippers at the store that catch them. its like a plastic catcher thing thats slides. it works kinda like a lawnmower bag, cut then dump the bag.
