what is so outrageous about lebron being a knick in 2010? you think he won't want to play in new york, the largest market in the WORLD? especially under D'antoni where lebron will be able to play uptempo all the time???

who cares who they have played sofar this season...they are still 7-6. last i checked a win is a win...and if the knicks blew as bad as you think they do..they wouldnt even have those 7 wins now would they?

we have over $40 million a year in salary NOT EVEN PLAYING right now too, now its a given that the 40 million isnt invested in worthy players (marbury $20.8 million, curry $9.7 million, james $6.2 million, jefferies $6 million) but that is also $43 million more we will have to spend come 2010! add in malik rose's outlandish $7.6 million per year contract...that is ALOT of money that will be available in a couple of years.

it is going to happen man...the knicks will beable to buy 2 of the top tier free agents in 2010, hopefully lebron is one of them and if he isnt..thats fine we'll still beable to get some of the best talent there is thats on the market.

walsh is setting up his pieces for a run at not only lebron but one more top tier free agent. i am a knick fan, i follow my team closely even with how shitty they've been damn near this entire decade...lol

he has plan and i can see it slowly coming to fruition. the knicks roster now is not what its going to look like in 2010. i can only see david lee, nate robinson, danillo galinarri and wilson chandler still being with them.

Take that number, and subtract from it the max salary contracts that a player like Lebron James and Dewayne Wade will demand...and then see how much more you have for the rest of the team.
