I don't CONDONE what Eminem says in the song, but we all say and do dumb-shit things when we're in our teens (and sometimes up into our early '20s! LOL), because it's just "that age", as the expression goes...This probably won't effect Eminem's sales to any huge degree (unless something happens and his videos get pulled, but I don't see anything like that happening).
