k-211 is legit , i took dat murder inc og from him , da fake murder inc he is sellin is what he bought on ebay to compare with his OG , he is re selling what he bought on ebay , dat's it ..

he did da same with da g slimm , he took OG from you"mr mikal " and he also bought a fake on ebay to compare da real differenence , he is str8 legit , no doubt

this is a fake japanese cd i bought from ebay (if he bought from ebay) and not adapt this nine172 style with ringcode n shit so he can avoid to write thats its a bootleg

just my opinion
in days like this if u sell fakes and u know about and u dont mark em as fake its not ok and if you even write the ringcode to give the impression you legit its even worse

but if u try to make money with bootlegs (for whatever reason) its all on u if people start tellin others that yous a bootleg seller

mayne he lists a bootleg for 200 usd? even if he paied that much its just that he sells a bootleg for a price buyers only expect an og

maybe someone fooled him but that doesnt give him the reason to fool another one

if you do you gotta face the consequences which in this case might be that people will remember you as one who sells bootlegs as ogs......


i dont say that he shouldnt relist his bootlegs w.o. tellin its bootlegs
he can do that 4 sho (even if i dont like cause it destroys ebay to me) but if he does he shouldnt be surprised people will call him a bootleg seller...

After being surprised (even upset) & after reading Yukmouth explanations, personnaly i think K-211 can't be blamed as that fat Nine...Just a mistake this time.

It's the first time he sells "bootlegs", & i don't think it's really for gettin' big money, & it may be the last time he does it...

He's a big collector, I did buy from him only real OG albums, & i guess he will sell only real stuff in the future...

and i do think too that he isnt the same level as nine (even before yukmouths explanation now just more)
but its still not ok what he does thats prolly why he in this threads now

thats what u get if u sell bootlegs even if its only once and u think u have a reason for it
cause selling bootlegs is always bad doesnt matter how often and why....

i payed 152 dollar for the murder inc. cd. i showed sincre the link to my auction but this fake wonna be sherlock holmes still call me a bootleger who wants to make profit! he think i payed 160 dollar inklusive shipping for a bootleg just to resell it for 200 dollar! yeahhh 40 dollar profit sounds like a big deal right? probably it´s more profit as he done on ebay in his whole life, but definitly not enough money for a real bootleger! lol

i think he is happy now, because he allready entertained people with this noob storys! i think he should check his mama , maybe she is a bootleger too...

Does that really make sense? I mean would you buy a Bootleg just to compare it and then resell it for $200? That doesn't even make sense to him and that's what I told him. Who in their right mind would do such a thing when people have been posted the difference between the real one and the fake ones? Like I told him, I can understand if you simply made a bad purchase and didn't know it at the time, but now that you do know that it's a bootleg...this makes you even more messed up! The pricing doesn't help either. It doesn't make sense.

When I asked him about taking pictures/scans of the bottom he had his chance to go ahead and tell me then that it was a bootleg? I was apparently asking him this for a reason. He's not a rookie, he knew why I was asking. Did he tell me that it was a bootleg? No, he just told me that he doesn't have a scanner. He didn't even try to clear things up with me.

When people ask me, I tell them. Ask OG_moms. Heck he was wondering about the Playya1000s that Playya1000 was selling himself and I told him behind the scenes that it was, because I don't like putting people out their on front street. Lord knows that I don't like it either.

Integrity is all that I have to say.

This is why I'm upset. I understand that people accidentally buy these fucked up bootlegs, but for him to just disregard this fact and continue to sell them knowingly is real fucked up. I wasn't even going to tell anybody, because I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, but do to his answer, I knew that he went for the worst. I liked him and felt that he was a legit seller/collector, but I don't anymore. Did he ever argue or answer any of my question? No. He just simply avoided them and called me the "eBay's Bootleg Sherlock Holmes". LMFAO! I like that name.

Like I said...his excuse is lame and it even doesn't make sense to him. If he bought the CD in error I understand, but he knows that it's bootleg and he doesn't care. That is a problem. Like I said, I would rather be Sherlock Holmes then a cheat, thief or a liar!

i think that he bought the bootlegs from nine172 and didnt knew that its bootlegs and now tries to get his money back

of course this is fucked up too cause to get his money back he has to do shady and non-legit things like nine172 does

a lot of people already reported nine172 to ebay so perhaps if you get at ebay they will listen very closely to what you say and try to help you
(and if u dont get your money back for the cds thats really fucked up but never change your ways just for money is my suggestion in particular if someone fucks you up with bootlegs try to fuck him up instead of fuckin up other peoples and so the whole bullshit keeps going on)

too many soulseek/mp3 drama kids lambo...that's why i'm no more on it...kids that call theemselves collectors just having like 30 cds...even if they got some really rare shit...but dam how can you call 30 cds a collection?????
i've talked with sincere about this and even if i don't like his prices i know he's a straight legit dude selling rare colo shit and 100% og copies...
these kids destroying buyers and sellers so we both need to collabo against them
