over a cell phone termination?^ damn haha.

lol, actually, i guess i shouldn't talk, cause i've fucked w/ student loan places cause my bro owes a gang of money and they call whoever they can to try to get ahold of him, and i said once that he was in jail, one time that he was in the hospital, and then another time i told them that he might be dead lol.

they stopped calling eventually, well until next time...

Verizon has had a 30 day worry free guarentee for a while now. The do have a ETF but it goes down 5 dollars every month of service you complete. I realy don't see the point for a law to tell cellco how to run there bussiness. That's what sets bussinesses apart and creates competition IMO plus the big sell carriers have already followed in Verizons lead. I say if you don't want an ETF get Cricket or some prepay service

ETF's are a fuckin' rip off. These companies make big bread on phones and service, and want to be greedy if people decide not to fuck with 'em anymore. They're not illegal, but they should be.

If most of these companies had great service, but pay by month plans like Metro, they'd be killin' it. Verizon and AT&T would be making a lot more bread if they took on the same business plan.
