E-40 aside, how can yall honestly sit here and say that you see nothing wrong with Dre turning his back on the coast that he helped build? Where's his pride in where he's from? I know he a businessman, and money comes first...but no matter how much money I'm getting, I would never turn my back on where I'm from.
Didnt no one coast help build him, the world build him.

hes from L.A. homie....thats his home

he could care less about the bay, and he was doing music befor most in the bay was,so maybe he didnt connect him self to US (BAY) at that time. west coast MUSIC was built in L.A. (gangsta rap) and on L.A.s reputation, we are part of the equation now but in the beggining we was not.

i wonder if 40 has even tryed to "buy" a beat from dr dre? if so, and dre wont sell it to him, then that IS a bitch move on dr dre.
Check this out I dont think u guys are listening. I've said nothing about Dre and the BAY...I said Westcoast. He ain't helping LA out either bruh..Aside from Bishop Lamont and Game, how many ppl has Dre put on? Or even given a beat to?

As far as Westcoast music and the Bay not being in the equation, u tripping bruh. Too $hort and Hammer were both on before NWA was. Bay niggas need to stop putting each other down. That's why we aint never goin nowhere. I understand that people say LA is more Westcoast than the Bay, but I take that as a compliment. The BAY stands on our own two feet, that's what makes us unique.

dre cant bring the west back homie.......but YOU can if we all make good music and get OUT and network like the SOUTH, EAST, MIDWEST DO.......

we are stuck here in the bay complaining about STATIS,

the little guys like us need to buck up and GO GET IT

period!
Haha yall got what I'm saying twisted. I'm not counting on Dre to bring anything back. I'm saying he shouldn't sit back and do nothing while his coast is constantly being overlooked.

Who did E-40's beats on his older albums like In a Major Way, Tha Hall of Game, The Element of Surprise, etc.

I like his older projects better than the new stuff he does with Lil Jon...
