E-40 & Too $hort - The History Channel 1: Mob Music & 2: Function Music [11/6/12]

Looks like this is finally coming out. TWO albums on the same day AGAIN too. Hope it doesn't get pushed back too far. And I think E-40 also said Block Brochure 4 & 5 dropping in March '13.


E-40 and Too Short have announced the release of their upcoming joint album The History Channel, dropping November 6th. According to HHNM, the pair will unleash the project in two parts: The History Channel: Function Music, which will be "music for the new era," and The History Channel: Mob Music, which will have an "old school feel."

the history channel was supposed to first drop in 2000 if i recall....but because of industry politics that classic got delayed time and time again

No doubt. I will never complain about 40 water albums, even if they aren't stellar. His flow is what keeps me interested, not always the beats.

haven't listened to a new e40 or too short album since the early 2000's but that mobb music album sounds very interesting if its done right.
