I don't see how people can get scared of blackouts. Shit I get mad when the power goes out, fucking TV doesn't work, no computer. I have to resort to reading old ass copies of Mad Magazine. If you get scared of a black out then don't come to California, you would probably shit your pants during an earthquake.
