Saying you smoked weed is hardly an offense. They have to prove you did in order to cite you or arrest you. Its not as easy as detecting alcohol.

^ i had a san francisco cop put my weed in my personal belongings (the manila folder) while at the station so after i got out i blew on the front steps of the police station

and that was in like, 2002

now a days cops go "you got a marijuana card?" "yes i do" "ok"

Real Talk - Up here from Nevada County to Placer county they just want to get the tweekers (and there are enough to keep them busy).... Your good w/ weed as long as your not caught selling (they hate that ) personal use is looked @ as a good thing .
