I'm curious, I don't know what the functions of this shit is unlike the wave cap to make waves in black folks hair. But what the hell is a du-rag used for? I know it's for black folks' hair but why the hell do other races wear it?

DOO-RAGS IS FOR FOLKS THAT HAVE LONG HAIR, SAY YOU PLAYING SOME B-BALL OR BOXING IN THE RING, WHATEVER, KEEPS THE HAIR FROM GETTIN IN THE WAY, NOW-A-DAYS, EVERYONE N THEY MAMAS GOT A DOO RAG ON THEY HEAD. I'VE DONE SEEN EVERY RACE WEAR ONE IN MY LIFE TIME.

Oh ok I see it's for long hair. So then any race can wear it if it's just for long hair. I thought it was for waves or something so when I see another race another than blacks wear it I would laugh my ass off. I think Baby Bash wears a wave cap lol. But what the fuck I see black folks who are bald wear it, I guess it's just fashion.

there for all hair types, long or short doesnt matter...there also called wave caps..my dad use too wear doo rags cuz it put wavs in his hair..as for wearin them when your hair is long,thats too keep your braids lookin coo...who ever has nappy hair like mine and gets it twisted up knows..when u have ur hair braided when u sleep n shit it pulls alot of lil hairs out..doo rags help your braids last longer and makes you hair not look as wild! as for everyone wearin them..thats an easy answer, they wanna be like me! LOL



the proof is in the picz..right before i got twisted..and excuse my ashyness an dry lips, nigga just got out the pool..hahaha
