Whats so good about his beats?All they usually are is a DRUM TRACK....he uses bass lines about 9% of the time...i mean wow....can someone tell me WHY hes so highly regarded as a "beat maker" let alone a producer???I dont get it...

^^^ i dont know, i respect your opinion, but the doods got talent....i do agree about the beats tho...he does cum hella clean on sum of them, but most of them he uses the same patterns....i really like his raps tho, i mean his similes an metaphors that he uses are just on sum Mel Gibson "Man Without A Face" type shit....B-Slimm's got waaaay more spitters than Droop tho IMO.... "when nigga act strange an try to play me in the game, ima rob like Bobs real name..."

everyone talks usually about street cred, you think droop-e got street cred? anyways hes beats are sometimes tight and sometimes they all sound the same. Get on my hype was tight, the whole bay bridges cd sounded the same. his raps are ok, his lyrics is tight but he is kind of boring on the vocals. he aint the best at beat making, but then again he has probably only been doing this for 4 years. my favorite beat by him is the pharmaticals outro on breakin news. best beat on that cd and from droop-e.

there are plenty of cats i dont like that i think are wack, the difference between me and others on this forum is i never talk shit about people. there's 5 threads about people i dont care for on siccness right now, but i choose not to comment on them. if i like something or someone, i'll let you know, but if i aint feelin something or someone, i'll keep my mouth shut and keep it movin. others should try this, maybe they'd be as successful as i am someday. i dont ever feel the need to put down an artist or their work.... real talk

the only people i ever talk shit about are shit talkers who hate on people for no reason. search my 2000 posts and you'll never hear me talk shit about an artist, producer, song or album.

Droop-e s beats are all tight. dam Im feelin droop-es beats and raps alot. and B-slimm is also one of my favs. Diffenitly cant wait for there album to drop

Droop-E is simply a beatmaker and NOT a producer (yet). I feel some of his beats though but talent wise I am not seeing it. There's nothing I have seen out of him that makes me think he knows a damn thing about music theory.

droop-e is overrated for sure. most of his beats had to be made in a couple minutes, tops. but we've only heard his "hyphy" beats. Maybe he can do better, simple drumline beats are just whats in right now, sadly.
