Shit is kinda confusing.

On IMDB it says: "A young boy named Goku seeks out upon his grandfather's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls (of which he has one) in order to prevent Piccolo from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world."

Where does Freiza fit in? And, if I remember correctly, did Goku's grandfather get killed by him in like the first book of Dragonball?!
Freiza doesn't fit into it, because they're totally different stories. Goku gathering the dragonballs and the mention of his grandfather is all Dragonball, Freiza and all that shit is DBZ.

transformers = movie of the year

sure the story could have been better and there could have been more characters and it could have been more true to the cartoon, etc etc but as it was it was an incredible movie, i dont see how people can call it "ok"

I never gave Grindhouse the chance, was it actually good? Something about the trailers made it look stupid as fuck and I've never been a big fan of Taratino.
well first of all its not only tarantino, it was wrote and directed by robert rodriguez AND tarantino.

its two different movies.

theyre both action movies, but set up differently

one has alot of dialouge to set the story (death proof) and ones pretty much straight up less talk more action (planet terror)

but im a tarantino fan so i dunno

Yeah I know it was two movies, just from the trailer, come on a stripper that has a gun for a leg fights zombies. I'm a big fan of zombie movies tho so that's the only reason why I'm more curious about Taratinos then Rodriguez.

that gun goes on her leg at the end of the movie when they escape. it was corny but it was the last 10 minutes.

and homegirl was so sexy in it that she pulled the corniness off

that was a better ending than that gay ass autobot in transformers waiting 2 hours to turn into a real car with that stupid ass kill bill song when the crazy 8 are walking down the room

they have already made a live action dragon ball movie it was japanese and pretty lame with different characters and stuff but still had the main points i guess. im guessing they're gonna ruin DBZ like they did with all these other movies based on cartoons.. death note live action sucked

...piccolo was evil until the end of the first episode/movie of dbZ. When the first saiyan came to earth Goku and Piccolo teamed up to kill him, but weren't powerful enough to stop him. So Goku jumped on Raditz' (the saiyan) back and held him down long enough for Piccolo to charge up his new attack, the Special Beam Cannon. After 5 minutes of charging, Piccolo fired his Special Beam Cannon at Raditz but since Goku was on his back, it killed Goku along with Raditz. Piccolo thought "Wow, here's a man who is prepared to die for the life of his enemies. I need to be nice now" or something along those lines, then Piccolo took Goku's first son, Gohan (a young boy at the time) to the wilderness for intense training.

Dragon Ball Z is the shit.

I wonder how the fighting is gonna look. I mean I know how it is in the cartoon, but I can't see it done the same in my head with real people.
