Do some research before you make that statement. Rick Rock, E-A Ski are dope producers, but no where on a musical level of Dr Dre. Traxx shouldn't even be mentioned in that sentence, he had one local hit, Super Hyphy, and 9 out 10 beats he's made since then, all sound like Super Hyphy.

Check out some of Dre's resume

The Chronic
Doggystyle
Dogg Food
Chronic 2001
Slim Shady LP
All Eyez On Me (Dre handled a lot of the production on there as well)

All classics, all produced by Dre.

Here's some tighter albums than those that he produced:

Eazy Duz It
Efil4zaggin
No One Can Do It Better
Straight Outtta Compton

I wouldn't even have listed All Eyes On Me, he only did two tracks on there..

I can't believe some cats really think Tupac was a bay area rapper. Actually I can so I take that back.

To the dude who said Pac was raised in the bay... He was 17 before he ever set foot on the west coast so no, he was not raised in the bay. And on top of that he only lived in Oakland for a few years anyways.

And to everyone talking bad about Dre because he doesn't give a fuck about handing out careers to bay area rappers, or west coast rappers in general. Dre has done far more for this coast than anyone else, period. It's not his job to play daddy or give hand-outs to the cats who are arn't making it happen on their own. If you think someone deserves a shot then go sign them up for American Idol, America's Got Talent, or some other shit like that. This business is not about someone handing it to you on a silver platter or giving you a chance to flop at the expense of their reputation. Bottom line, DRE DOESN'T OWE YOU SHIT AND NEITHER DOES ANYONE ELSE!
