Update at 12:18 p.m. ET: Two of the three "Dougherty gang" siblings who have been pursued nationwide for a week by the FBI have been captured in Colorado, MSNBC reports.

MSNBC says the third member of the gang fled on foot after a 20-minute car chase by police.

Original post: The FBI says two brothers and a sister dubbed "the Dougherty gang" have apparently surfaced in Colorado and may be heading into the woods to avoid a nationwide manhunt.

Dave Joly, spokesman for the FBI Denver office, says it received a "very credible" report that the three turned up in Colorado Springs, The Denver Post reports.

He says the trio has recently purchased camping supplies, indicating they may be headed "to a rural area or a campsite to avoid law enforcement detection."

Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, and her two brothers, Ryan Edward Dougherty, 21, and half brother Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, have been on the run since Aug. 2, when they shot at a police officer during a wild, 4-mile chase in central Florida.

They are also suspected of later robbing a bank in Valdosta, Ga., where one of the gunmen fired an AK-47 into the ceiling as they entered the bank.

The trio's mother, Barbara Bell, has called on them to surrender.

Sheriff Chris Nocco of Pasco County in Florida says Ryan sent an ominous message to his mother while on the run, the Associated Press reports.

"He's actually texted her in the past several days saying at one point 'we all have to die,'" Nocco said. "We know they have an arsenal of weapons."

Nocco said investigators found an elaborate underground bunker at the house where the trio lived.

ABC News reports that Ryan's girlfriend, who is pregnant with his son, recently updated her Facebook page to include a photo of the pair together.

Over the weekend, ABC reports, she wrote, "I know y u did what did but buddy ur supposed to be there when I deliver."
