another new one i encountered recently was "taken cared of" instead of "taken care of". the worst part is i would respond to it by telling the person "oh ok, so that thing was taken care of huh?" IN VARIOUS CONVERSATIONS and the person would never get the hint - "yeah it was all taken cared of" WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
