The dolphins are doing okay this year, but while watching the game it seems that they dont have to much trust in their QB. It seem like Ronnie Brown was taking just as many snaps as Pennington. But I guess they just want him to manage the game and not make any stupid mistakes and let the running backs win or lose it for them.
