Or is it just a portland oregon thing? they are published weekly and all it is is a magazines of all people arrested in portland for the week, their mugshot, their name and what they were arrested for. its gettin pretty popular though, ive seen like 4-5 people i've known so far from high school, and one broad was the "busted of the week" for prostitution lol. its great looking at all the funny mugshots. entertaining. it costs a buck, and people are already bitching about it cuz they makin money off public records and makin people look like fools.
