That's the only thing from master p that I'm missing so I'm only interested in OG though. Got everything else master p/no limit on og.

No. The first release ever is "I'm rollin". Its from 1988
It has master P and flash on the cover.
How this is southern siccness though i don't know. Should be in cali since thats where he lived when he released it.
