I know a lot of cats on here "JUST SAY NO" to anything not made in the bay, but Drama at one point, was putting out more quality projects, CONSISTENTLY, then any other person in the game. Sure he may ONLY be a DJ, but he was the hottest DJ in hip hop. He in a way, blew up, and destroyed mixtapes.

If we talking about music, E-40 is running the Bay because he is the most known and consistently brings the most attention to the Bay. And if you wanna keep it all about dollars, I doubt Jacka has made what 40 has made off rap.
