ok thats a different comparison. of course too short and e-40 will outsell jacka, but on a regional level, jacka got the biggest buzz in the bay right now. its like in n out burger to mc donalds. in n out got a choke hold in cali, but mc donalds is nation/worldwide.

That depends on who you ask. You assuming everybody feels the same way about Jacka that you do. Yukmouth, J. Stalin, Big Rich, Mistah Fab, Locksmith, all buzzing like a mug right now. Unless you got your eyes on the soundscans from Bay Area rappers, how does anybody know who has the biggest buzz? Where I'm from Livewire got the biggest buzz...that's all I hear all over Town.

i can vouch for that. i fuck with a wide variety of people and they slap that more than anything now. Livewire is becoming a household name seems like. i dont really listen to them too much but everyone else does..

yeah they do.. since i graduated everyone been listen to the same monkey hear/monkey do: went from (im not that old) Nickatina to Mac Dre/Thizz to Mob Figaz and now to Livewire..

we might think there's a buzz on specific rappers cuz our folks and homies play it.. but outside your circle it's way different. the more and more parties i go to they slap Stalin and shit. people i duno even know. just associates of homies. for a few months it's been like this.. i duno....

Beefin on twitter is some clown shit. I'm losin respect more and more each day for certain cats I once thought was solid just cuz of shit like this.

And woow at anyone being a fan of rap and not knowing who Dj Drama is. He's only arguably the most successful dj in the last 5 or 6 yrs.

Kinda sums up why the Bay is in the shape its in now...people don't even know what/who's really shakin and movin in the industry.
