Vega bros would be the titest movie ever, if QT made it right after Pulp Fiction. Travolta and Madsen are just too old and fat. They would have to cast younger actors and that would suck because those actors make those characters.

I've read a lot of magazine interviews with QT in the past year since the Kill Bill vol. 1 hype started, QT always says that he won't do a Vega bros movie. Also, he's gonna do his WWII epic (its gonna be long, 3 hrs or even 2 2.5 hr movies), then he wants to do a western. And he's said numerous times that Kill Bill was originally going to be one movie, but split it up because Miramax didn't want to release a long movie, but its more likely they saw an oppurtunity to make double their money. I don't know where you heard it was suppose to be a trilogy, but it seems really unlikely.
I read an interview with Madsen the other day and he said that Q went to Mexico for a week, and when he came back he had an idea on how to make the prequel work, and use madsen and travolta. But Madsen said Q would kill him if he said how its gonna be. All he said is that its going to take place in Amsterdam, and the bros are gonna own a bar or some type of club.

I heard that Q wants to base inglorious bastards after the spaghetti westerns, so maybe he'll skip doin the western movie and go staright to vega bros.... hopefully

I thought it was great. It was supposed to be a lot of backstory and Tarantino dialogue. What ya'll are missing is the likelihood of part 3. Like the exploding heart technique really works. LOL!

Yeah I agree. I thought it was a perfect compliment to Vol. 1. It gives the background you need to understand the story more. Having less action didn't bother me a bit cuz the story of the two (Uma, and Bill) was hella interesting. I also have a feelin' that that exploding heart technique was sort of a joke and that's it not really possible (which would then in turn open up a 3rd Kill Bill). I personally think the story should end here, but I guess only time will tell to see if there actually is a 3rd and final movie.

I also think that the movie woulda been a helluva lot better if they was just one whole complete movie instead of splitting it up into two parts. None-the-less I still recommend seeing VOL. 2. Just be prepared that there's more dialogue and less action.

i just seen it today...it could have been better...not enough action...and Bill could have went out in a fight...as far as vol. 3 goes, if he still does it, i don't think its gonna involve Bill & Elle, i think its gonna have something to to wit Copperhead's (Vivica) daughter Nikki tryin to kill Beatrix (Uma), from that lil speech she gave her in the first one...
