I thought that E-40 and Keak da Sneak made a video for "Tell Me When to Go". I thought it was supposed to be getting played on B.E.T. because that's what I heard and it is also all over the radio. So I had the afternoon off yesterday and decided to watch Rap City to try to see the video. It never came on. The I tried 106 & Park, but it did not come on. Did the west coast get fucked in the ass again? They don't want to give any airplay to real music. I guess I should have expected that. Fuckin' typical.

yeah...honestly i think the more days go by the less chances of we have of seeing the video on mtv or b.e.t...and u cant blame urselve's or the tv networks because we did our part by voting and the networks did their parts by premiering the video....but when u have 75% of the votes coming from the west coast???? that usually tells u where the bias is coming from. But at the then of the day the video is tight as fuck!! the song itself slaps hard! e-40 and keak are only getting better and better, so personally i really dont care what the rest of the nation thinks about our music...as long as my trunk is rattling to this bay shit!!!!! i RARELY ever watch MTV or BET....the night that i tuned in to MTV2...guess what i saw? ....Tell Me When To Go was right after Ying Yang Twinz "Git It"(their new joint..which by the way features Da Musicians in their video and someone says "Dumb" in one of their lyrics..which is nothin special).
what i'm gettin at is that they were in the 2nd slot(right after yingyang) to show the video. the video was kool, nothin too special, but it was nice to see the bay doin it's thing.

look at houston...still tippin was on bet UNCUT first for months before mtv even caught wind of it...then it was on mtv at very random times not many times a day for a few weeks...then wen they felt it was ready and marketable BOOOM mike jones, paul wall, slim thug, bun b, everybody all over the place, tv specials, making of the videos, alll that...
and they didnt have nobody on direct effect and 106 premiering it either...

oh yeah, one more thing....not everyone is gonna be feelin this song...so wouldn't it be cool if e-40 had another video where he could showcase his lyrical ability to spit flames on the mic? That would be nice but most likely it ain't gonna happen. I also noticed in the video that Keak's verse' gets bleeped alot which fucks up his verse. I was thinkin to myself...Keak had a much clearer voice when he was wit 3XKrazy..what happened???????? Don't get me wrong i like his ole' shit and new music, but wouldn't it be wise(since he's bein seen by the masses) that he would speak sorta clearly on this particalar song so that the audience can comprehend. His verse on "Tell Me" is clean, but it's hard (for ppl outside of cali) to understand what the words are. Keak has clever word play but at times it's hard to listen to him.

i think since we have a 3 hours behind the east coast and they air their 106 and park at 6 eastern time which is 3 o clock over here they stop the polls till the next day but see most of the voters are kids so east coast kids have alot of time to vote for videos and west coast people can't vote as good since the kids are at school it is just what i think but im not sureee
