I noticed it. But if you look at the first tracklist he was on at least 2 songs. One of them was that Been There Done That track which I think is hard and I wish would have made the album.

there was supposed to be a track that didnt make the album titled been there, done that... aka monster up, that leaked out on the net, im sure you can find it on this board. but it really had a lot to do with clearance issues between lil jon, bme and tvt more than anything. notice how the front cover says "the king of crunk presents." vs. "lil jon presents." I'm sure 40 and Jon had that understanding that they needed to project the most authentic sound of the bay more than anything.
