dude, the bay area is known for its cultural diversity and its melting pot, it ain't surprising that most of the DJs or radio personalities are non-black.

it's NOT a black movement, it's not a white movement, it's not a mexican movement, it's not an asian movement. it's not YOUR culture.
though it's largely influenced by african americans, it IS a bay movement.
