Im an Italian from the Bay, and in my environment I say nigga all the time. About my folx like "Thats my nigga" or about someone I dont know like "that nigga trippin" Its accepted everywhere I go in the bay , and in Cali for that fact. I say it in SD all the time. I feel why V-Nasty and Kreyshawn say it, kust like we say "HELLA", it has NOTHING to do with the color of your skin or history...Its how we was raised and how our folx talk
and i think for some degree it has to do with your way of living...like we ride around doing the same shit for the most part- we niggas...youre my nigga and etc. you personally dont lead a square lifestyle....with that said i feel sway trapped him w that question cuz the bay is a melting pot and a magical exception with the word nigga..meaning people not only say nigga but this is one of the few areas everyone (or everyone CAN) dress 'urban' in southern cali mexicans dress different than blacks, asians dress different than mexican s or blacks etc etc etc...out in the bay you might catch a asian dude in a fitted cap a big ass t shirt and some big ass true relgion jeans with some jordans its just because thats whats hot where he lives maybe

ive known asians in vallejo that say nigga more than me and i say it ALOT..but they dont grow up in some posh neighborhood where no blacks exist, their best friends were 'niggas' growing up and they were products of their enviorment...people who dont understand that come across old and slow and closed minded...
