I may be wrong too but to my knowledge these are some errors i found.

Daz has claimed at least 2 different sets: 19th Street, and 21st Street
Slip Capone is from Hawthorne so I don't know about him being an LBC Crip
C-Bo is 29th Street. "Straight 29th Street Banger." - from Bald Head Nut
Big Wy is a part of the Relativez so one of those is wrong.

Also I didn't see King T on there, I think he was Kelly Park.
