So my boss brings me our monthly bill and aksed what a $9.45 charge on Aug, 15th was, because she had no clue. I use her card all the time to by PC parts, so i figured it was some tax that they included seperately. The charge was from ISSO and had 800 number with the FL state code next to it. I couldnt locate it, so she decided to do some reseach on it. Turns out, its a CC scam that has been lingering for months. This happened right after she listed a job listing on Craig's List.

Here is a website documenting others run ins with this charge:

Be warned. Anytime you ordering on the net, MAKE SURE IT IS SECURE!!!!!

Yeah...fuck getting ripped off. My wife was paying a CC bill, and thought I had a monthly charge of 9 bucks going to Netflix, starting last November. She mentioned it last month, and I'm like WTF? I never ordered shit from them. So I called their customer service, yelled a lot, said fuck and Jesus Christ a few times, and they finally refunded my money, since I hadn't actually ordered a movie, and it was only a monthly ''membership'' fee. Fuck Netflix, too. And now that I've been looking at these bills, I see a monthly charge to Bearshare. FTP, too! I'll call 'em tomorrow.
