lol...NO2 is a scam. It does nothing for you.

Save your money and stick to the basics.

Scam? I took N02 for 21 Days and lost body fat and gained 8 lbs of muscle. It's one of the best shit on the market as far as Im concered because you dont even need to do cardio and the muscle it adds on is not water weight. I read the book and did the program that it tells you to do and seen major results. I took N02 with Betagen and got my swolls on this summer. I crack up at niggas who take supplements and dont know how to work out correctly and dont have a set program. Supplements will not make you big working out will! All you really need to take is a Multi Vitamin and a protein supplement (basics) but I do recamend NO2 and Betagen if you are training for somthing that is a month away it works fast. Keep in mind the same guy who invented Creatine also invented NO2 and it's an EAS product (The best in Supplements). Costs about $85.00

Well...I won't call you a liar, but it is virtually impossible to gain 8 pounds of muscle with NO2. NO2 gives you a "pump"...if that.

Furthermore, there is NO scientific proof to show that NO2 even works. And if it does work (which it doesn't), it would do more harm to your body than good.

Keep in mind that NO is Nitric Oxide...and raised levels can be potentially dangerous.

Spending $85 dollars on a "pump" that can be bad for you is silly.

If you feel like wasting your money, buy some Arginine...at least that's cheaper.

It's all good mayn sometimes it's all about genetics. But the shit worked for me and a few other homies that I hit the weights with. It's expensive but I paid only a $10 playa price. But what it did do was drop my body fat and add muscle weight in a 21 day period. They key to the program was to go heavy for 4 sets untill failure. My bench went up to 325lbs and I only weigh 175lbs. But like I said all you need is a protein supplement and a multi vitamin and you will be fine. Eliminate pastas and rice from your diet and you will get cut up.

The best Creatine to use is the EAS Betagin

Speaking from experience....

I use the Xtra Advantage Creatine serum.....from what i've heard..fuck the powder. This shit is $30 at GNC for a month supply. and it did the trick. what i experienced was less burning in the muscle and i was therefore able to do more reps in a smaller amount of time.... as far as weight gain i don't see this helping.. i'm 6'1 and was 275. in may i started hitting the weights for 30mins to 1 hour a day and no other intentional exercise and now i'm 240 and cutt up pretty cool.

heres alink to a description, good luck.

http://www.musclesurf.com/xtraadcreats.html

Description:
Xtra Advantage Creatine Serum 30 servings from MMUSA.

This breakthrough formula is made for professional bodybuilders and serious athletes. It is formulated with ingredients for muscle building, growth, joint protection, fat metabolism, and maintenance of healthy strong body. Take advantage of creatine, L-glutamine, L-taurine, and L-carnitine all combined to give you the ultimate result.

The original "No Load, No Maintenance" formula was the first one introduced as a safer alternative to powdered creatine and other performance enhancing supplements. It became an immediate hit among athletes who realized that the serum made it easier for them to exercise harder and longer. And that it helped them to get a step ahead of athletes who were using powdered or other forms of creatine.

The serum offers creatine monohydrate in stabilized liquid form. With a two year shelf-life, it will not break down to waste product creatinine. It also metabolizes faster, safer and more efficiently than powdered creatines.

The Power Of Xtra Advantage

Xtra Advantage Creatine Serum is a breakthrough formula specially designed to deliver an extra boost to professional weight lifters and other elite athletes. It is formulated with ingredients that will aid in muscle building, growth, joint protection, fat metabolism and maintenance of a strong healthy body.

The prime ingredients in Xtra Advantage is, of course, pure creatine monohydrate. However, this special formulation also contains a number of other ingredients, all carefully chosen to help maximize an elite athlete's performance.

Absorption and food

Because Xtra Advantage Creatine Serum bypasses the digestion phase, it is absorbed by the body more efficiently. You will not have to worry about your food intake and managing your diet to reap the benefits of creatine. Powdered creatine takes 45 minutes to one hour to digest and is known to bind with food, hindering its absorption. This is why many athletes who are users of powdered creatine do not eat few hours before workout. Not consuming food before workout can cause many problems, including a lower energy level. With Xtra Advantage Creatine Serum, worrying about food intake is a thing of the past.

No loading or maintenance

The purpose of the loading and maintenance phase required with powdered creatine is to saturate the muscles with creatine. When the body reaches a maximum level, and muscles are saturated, the balance is expelled in your urine. So, super-saturation with massive doses of the powder is totally useless and waste of money. Furthermore, the body has a limited capacity to absorb creatine. Hence you may absorb 40-50% of the creatine you actually take - maybe less depending on the level of natural creatine in your body.

Xtra Advantage Creatine Serum needs no loading because it saturate the muscles within minutes with enough creatine for your immediate workout. The maintenance phase is not necessary either, although some serum users prefer to take it daily to boose other energy-requiring activities.

NO Dehydration, and low dosages required

Taking high dosages of creatine powder due to its poor absorption have caused many athletes to suffer severe dehydration. Taking creatine powder requires an athlete to drink extra water to counteract the dehydration caused by the powder. The problem is that powdered creatine pulls water from the body like sponge. Because you take a much lower dosage of serum you won't experience this problem with Creatine Serum. One 5 ML serving taken right before workout offers the equivalent of 2,500 mg of powdered creatine. And this small dose, which is absorbed completely into the bloodstream without wastage, is more than enough for any athlete's needs. In fact, many studies have reported that our muscles can handle only about 3 grams a day after the loading phase. It is worth noting that a normal liver makes about 2 grams of creatine each day.

Easy on kidneys and no leveling off

Due to the formation of creatinine, the waste product derived from powdered creatine, the kidneys have to work harder to flush out excess waste. Again, this is not a problem that users of Xtra Advantage Creatine Serum face. Our serum is completely depleted from the body after any intense session 1-3 hour workout.

There have been many reports about creatine's "leveling off" effect. After sustained usage, creatine seems to become less effective. So, many experts call for a break, or cycling. This eases pressure on the kidneys, and then creatine can be re-introduced after a while. Cycling is not needed with the serum because there is no stain on the kidneys, and consequently no leveling off effect.

Water retention

When powdered creatine was introduced in the U.S., athletes were very excited about its possibilities. However, it was discovered later from athletes who quit using creatine powder that some muscles actually shrunk. This is because the powder retains water which helps make up what are called cosmetic muscles. So, some athletes reported a loss of size and performance after their creatine use ended. Creatine Serum, on the other hand, acts on the water that inside the muscle so effectively that a small dose of the serum performs its job perfectly adequately. It builds lasting strength and improves endurance. The key is simply to keep your energy level up, and maintain muscles even after you decide to quit using any form of creatine.

Goodbye to the grit

Powdered creatine is known for its chalky gritty taste. Trying to flavor it with other powdered flavors actually adds to its chalkiness. Creatine Serum comes in six natural tasting flavors, cherry, grape, orange, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry. Many users actually describe its taste as "delicious".
