What's with all the Fargas bashing in this thread. Just because he is a Raider doesn't mean yall can't give him his just due. 1,000 yards in a season isn't shit but look at it this way. He is 11th in the NFL in rushing yards while starting only 7 games. That in itself is impressive. But wait, there is more. Of those 10 players with more yards than Fargas only Peterson and Taylor have less carries. If you take a look at his game log, he has rushed for 1,009 yards in the equivalent of 10 games.......

22 for 179 @Miami
12 for 61 @Tenn
23 for 104 Hou
23 for 81 Chi
22 for 60 @Minn
22 for 139 @KC
33 for 146 Den
15 for 57 @GB
26 for 89 Indy
24 for 93 in the rest of the games (Det, @Den, Cle, @SD, KC) basically equal out to a full game of carries.

Now am I saying that Fargas is a top tier running back in the NFL? Absolutely not! I'm just showing some of you another way to look at it. In a full 16 game season he would be on pace for well over 1,500 yards. If you cannot recognize that Fargas has had a great year then you simply have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. And anybody that can come in here and still talk bad about the season Fargas has had then I will just take it as Raider hate and keep it moving. But I advise you not to embarrass yourself and just keep your fingers from typing what your mouth wants to spew. You may close the thread now!

Most players are hurt in some capacity during the season.

If you want to get down to it, Gore's had one 1,000 yard rushing year. Don't get me wrong, I think he's an elite back in the NFC, or at least he's going to be, but he's a ''savage'' and ''better than Fargas"...with those stats?

And he's the feature back on SF...Fargas isn't (wasn't).

Just some points to ponder.

lol gore missed 2 games with the injury and has been hampered and also the niners play from behind which means they are going to throw more, and play in a notoriously horrible passing offense so defenses stack the box and kill all offense

lol well the raiders have some sort of passing offense, so teams play the passs, its a well known fact that when Defenses play the niners, they stack the box with 6,7 players lol
