Ahhh, it is a low res .wmv. VCD has to be .mpg and that increases the size, a VCD will only fit about ~80 mins of video.

ok so can someone convert a video for me?? in whatever format you need ^^^

its about 1 hour long or shorter will that fit?? but its in .avi and i habe absolutely no idea what framerate or bitrate it has to be so someone please convert it for me ill post up the link shortly

i thought miniDVD's you need miniDVD's

no, miniDVD uses CDs

and if you use svcd you can make it fit to your cd. it doesnt matter if your cd is 700mb...unless you're worried about losing quality. but you're burning a vcd, so i dont think you would be worried about quality.
