In the 90's there isnt a question Quinn was the better rapper, he was at his peak on Explosive Mode. His flows aint nearly as good as they use to be but he still is putting out way better albums then Mess and to the dummy that said Cake and Ice Cream is better then Boy to a Man its not even close try again.
