Directv is wack with deals sometimes. When I signed up I got Showtime and Starz for free for 3 months and $69.99 a month pricing for length of contract which included hundreds of channels, basically all the good shit. About 4 months in I didn't realize 3 months had passed so I got charged for Showtime and Starz rather then them just shutting it off and I was like 3 days late on the payment that month cause I was out of town and they basically said since I was late on the payment I broke my contract and I gotta pay full price, so I went from $69.99 a month to $99.99 a month + $29.99 a month for Showtime and Starz for a total of $129.99. So a small slip up ended up being $60.00 a month more. Sneaky bastids.

I never do a damn thing on sunday but watch football. I would rather be able to choose the game I want to watch tho. That would be dope.

hook up 2 tvs. 1 for the games on the local channel and the other TV with NFL Redzone is all you need. Sunday Ticket is a waste of money unless your a Raider fan then u must get Sunday Ticket because the black hole gets blacked out. lol

Yea, pretty much all you need is NFL Redzone. That's why DirecTV is giving away the NFL Ticket now for free, cuz NFL Redzone has gotten so popular and you can get it on Comcast.

NFL Ticket was DirecTV's strong point, but since Redzone came along, people aint buyin it.

NFL Sunday ticket is stupid unless you don't live in the state your favorite team plays in. There's always a game on anyway. As long as I get to watch the Packer game I don't care what other game they show after. It would be cool to watch whatever game I wanted but not worth $300. I get the baseball package tho cuz I'm a Cubs fan in Wisconsin. Also I like to watch the Braves cuz Eric Hinske is my cuzzin.
