I dont mean to rain on anyones parade, but SD has had a very easy season. Both losses came from Baltimore and KC. Other than Cincinatti and tonights win, they haven't done much, and they came very close with Cincy. Meaning, the two times they were tested (Ravens and KC on the road) they lost. All the wins came from sub par or .500 teams.

Away Home
Sep 11 @Oakland Won 27-0
Sep 17 Tennessee Won 40-7
Week 3 BYE
Oct 1 @Baltimore Lost 13-16
Oct 8 Pittsburgh Won 23-13
Oct 15 @San Francisco Won 48-19
Oct 22 @Kansas City Lost 27-30
Oct 29 St. Louis Won 38-24
Nov 5 Cleveland Won 32-25
Nov 12 @Cincinnati Won 49-41
Nov 19 @Denver Won 35-27
Nov 26 Oakland Won 21-14
Dec 3 @Buffalo Won 24-21
Dec 10 Denver Won 48-20
Dec 17 Kansas City Won 20-9
Dec 24 @Seattle 4:15pm 125 123
Dec 31 Arizona 4:15pm

SD has done very well for me this year. They havent covered the spread as much as they should have, but nevertheless they have made me money this year, rather than losing.

Who is going to be betting against SD as a favorite in the playoffs?

i wasn't talkin bout the season, i was talkin about the whole NFL..we have a team that can dominate..we just need to play with heart and we will be superbowl champs
I agree with both of your statements. One being it really isn't worth anything without a ring, and secondly that you have a solid team that has the potential to dominate.

I am just stating that their look of being "un-touchable" has developed through beating easy teams. 2 wins over Oakland. Beat the Titans before Young started. Beats the Broncos twice (one with Plummer). Wins over the Rams, Browns, and Steelers all playing at SD. That's 8 wins right now, with ease.

What happens when the Pats come to town? They have to play the Ravens again? I just think the commentators are hyping them up too hard.

I wouldnt be worried about the Colts too much. They couldnt stop a one-legged LT. I wouldnt worry about the Bears either unless Grossman plays the game of his life.

I really do hope SD takes the whole thing, I just dont think it is as locked as everyone is making it out to be.

#1 - That punt block rule...is some STRAIGHT bullshit. If we get that ball...we score a TD and momentum changes.

#2- LT is a sav.

#3- our line is fucking sorry.....both D and offsensive.

#4 - that FUMBLE early in the game ...(yes it was a fumble) they didnt call it one...they said it was a incomplete pass...bullshit. That was our ball.

all in all...we didnt get beat as bas as I thought....We could have made that a real game...but yes again my CHIEFS find someway to make a team look better than they are.

I was a the game yesterday, and man let me tell you when LT broke that big run the stadium erupted for like 5 min.

Rasan's right we need that ring real bad,the season wont mean anything until we get it,LT can tell you that

And as far as our schedule, we only can play what the leagues gives us,but right now were the most balanced team in the NFL, ill put the chargers up against any team, even the espn sports anaylist ill back me up on that one

When the Chargers win their Ring, us niner fans, and Charger fans can celebrate and just keep on mocking the Raiders, a team full of backloaded contracts of retired players, a team that won't rebound for a long time, and a time that's not even worthy to play a College Team.

i think the patriots (if we get far in the playoffs) can beat the chargers. without LT beastin on ppl they just an ordinary team and i think we can hold LT to look like just an average runnin back. so i beleieve if we get to face em we got em. and if we dont i dont think they can beat the bears either

Point blank Rivers had an awful game this Sunday, and we still won. Our receivers are banged up and Parker might be out with a neck injury. I hope Rivers gets back into his rhythm so we can devastate the overrated Seabirds next week + LT gets to add on to the TD record in front of S. Alexander's home crowd.

yes...

San Diego beat us, i admit that.

but....

ya'll dodged 2 bullets wit that fumble that wasnt "called" (dude clearly caught tha ball) a fumble early in tha game and that blocked punt that Ross shoulda got ahold of but didnt, very next play ya'll know what happened then....lol

LT blazed 85 on us....

very lucky ya'll won if ya ask me....

no hard feelings though...

I hope ya'll win tha SB and prove to all tha non believers that tha AFC WEST is no doubt tha best division in all tha NFL.

^^^ How the hell did the Chargers get lucky? The Bolts held Larry Johnson to 84 rushing yards... Sacked Trent Green six times and kept KC out of
the end zone the entire game... Luck? Hell no... the Chargers rolled over the Raiders (twice)... Stomped the Broncos (twice)... and came out 1-1 against Kansas City... Luck had nothing to do with anything...
