CD WRITER PROBLEMS

I had Comp for a couple years now and just recently my shit doesnt wanna finalize the CD anymore,any body know what I can do,or has anyone had similar problems.

damn i got a buffer under-read problem on mines.. i think i fucked up the IDE cables when i threw it in.. anyone knows if Nero can overpower that shit?
