I like both.

If I'm in a big car, like a Caddy or a truck, I'm feeling the Auto. Anything else, should be a stick.

I'll tell you why I like sticks... all this week, I've been compression starting my car. Parking on a fucking hill to get it started... what you know about chasing your car down the road, just to get to the store.

I like shift overall better. I chose an automatic car when I went away to college in Seattle because I didn't want to be sittin on I-5 having to shift from first to second every 5 fuckin seconds when the interstate is jammed. Shift is definitely better when you're fucked up. When I'm fucked up driving an automatic my speed usually fluctuates bad because im tryin to concentrate on the road and not the mph on the dash so it slowly starts droppin till i notice.

my cars a stick shift and im trading that bitch in for an auto.

ever since driving a beamer ..im hooked on autos...although its got that +/- shift too but i only use that shit when im in a bad mood and i wanna get to 80 mph quick to get home.

all my friends big up stick shifts..but im not with that racing type shit..just wanna throw my shit in drive and be done with it.

I like Automatics but stick shifts are fun to drive tho...... The ONLY thing I hate about sticks are stoppin on hills like in frisco! You got to balance you gas and clutch evenly or the ride is gonna stop on you or roll back...

I prefer a stick shift, but automatic is coo, especially when you wanna ghost ride the whip, because you just look like a damn fool having the car in first gear and trying to ghost ride a stick and end up stalling in the middle of a sideshow or wherever you may be. Then play it off by pushing the car. Its just embarrassing.

Im looking at getting a new car soon and i want a stick shift, but at the same time i drive a lot for work and I hate driving a stick when stuck in traffic. Both auto and stcik have thier pluses and minuses. How are those tiptronic transmissions? I would consider a car with that...

Manual is a lot funner to drive, but parking on hills sucks, and so does driving in traffic.

I'll stick with an automatic because theres no way I can drive with my knees, roll up trees, and still be able to move the shifter...
