i agree to a certain extent but im a northern cali latino who knows wassup and i do have have a problem with surenos in the bay area. I dont go around sayin scrap this, scrap that but i just dislike them by the way they conduct and carry themselves, its nothing personal. I do agree that suburban white boys who dont know shit about the sur/norte beef shouldnt say scrap and if they do they should get theyre ass beat.
