Can I MOD a broken PSP?

Looked around the net but couldnt find a answer...I got a psp slim without a working UMD drive, everything else works. I have taken it in to get repaired with no luck


Am I able to mod it to play downloaded games?


Any help apreciated (even links for how to mod)

you should be able to, i havent used the umd drive ever since i modded mine. As long as your memory stick slot works. mine is a fat psp tho

yeah u should still be able to get it modded....i recently got mines modded and its fun as hell playin old school snes games esp super street fighter 2, mk2 etc....
