I signed a 6-month lease for a 1bedroom apt. I ain't feeling my neighbors much and I want to get the fuck outta here. Is there anyway to get out of the lease w/o being penalized? Can I say I feel unsafe or some shit like that and I'm scared? Or what if I find someone who wants to finish the rest of my lease off, is that possible? If it is, will the lease be under the person's name since they're moving in or what's up? Holla, I need to get the fuck outta here it's driving me crazy.

i don't think so homie. i kno in georgia, if ur buyin a house, that can void a lease contract. i dunno, maybe u can flip that shit somehow. wut don't u like about tha neighbors? are they too loud? if so, u can prolly put a couple complaints on em with tha rental office, if they don't do anything, then u can prolly get out tha contract that way. or maybe they jus might move u to another part of tha complex. fold.

Thanks fellaz, appreciate the advice/help. Yes they are noisy and I live under some fat bitch doing jumping jacks all day long. Music is playing constantly and I can go on and on and on and on but I won't since I told this story one time too many. I'll talk to the manager and see if she's cool with me getting out of the lease.

Yup going to see the manager today. One of the fucking tenants hit my girl's car while it was parked yesterday. I didn't see it happen but by the way the car was parked next to my lady's car I figured they prolly hit it, it was late at night. So in the morning I went to check it out and sure it enough there were scratches on the bumper from the other car...

Yeah...it might depend on the manager, don't really know.

I had a 1 year lease on a place...only stayed there about 3-4 months.

My car got broken into a few times and I told them I didn't feel safe living there anymore. She tried to get me to change my mind, but I was pretty adamant about leaving.

She let me out of my lease, but she wasn't very happy about it.

Alright, talked to the manager, looks like I'm staying here for 6 months. She made me feel comfortable and she'll handle every problem she can that has to do with the apartment. I still want to get the fuck outta here but that ain't happening. Unless I want to fuck up my credit and give up my $500 deposit money.

C'mon now...

^^^ You could always burn the joint down. as long as they dont suspect arson, the super or owner, landlady (whoever in charge of your lease) has to provide you with adequite housing for the length of your lease.

BURN BITCH BURN.... that reminds me I left a pot of ramen on the stove too long........
