In the end it is the free people who will decide their own destiny
The powers that were have already started to lose their control over
the minds of the people... Let Chaos and freedom rule over tyranny !

1 thing not mentioned here, that many in denver have ran into too....Just because it's legal local doesnt mean you cant/wont get busted still. Regardless of how many local and state laws legalize it, it's still illegal federally to carry it, therefore you can be charged still by feds. And in Denver the feds are hitting growers bigtime because of that. Its like they were lying in wait for it to pass legally so they can but those we thought they would capitalize off it.
feds dont care about weed.unless its a major operation.they even backed off the medical

On November 1, 2005, Denver passed the Denver Alcohol-Marijuana Equalization Initiative, by a vote of 54-46 percent. This initiative repealed municipal penalties for possession of one ounce of cannabis, but only for persons age 21 and older. However, this conflicts with state law, so police can still arrest for possession of cannabis because Colorado state and federal penalties remain in effect.[30] For more info see Safer Alternative for Enjoyable Recreation.

On November 7, 2007, Denver passed an initiative to make cannabis the "lowest law enforcement priority". This was the third cannabis initiative sponsored by Safer Alternative for Enjoyable Recreation.[31]
