burning dvds?

what are some good dvd burning programs i got nero but when i burn a videos on to a cd they become hella hard to play cause if you hit play it doesnt work

are you tryin to burn dvds that you already have or ones off the net..cuz if you want to make copys, dvd shrink, and dvd decrypter is all that you need. works everytime for me

How about burning a PS2 disc to a DVD? Isn't there a program I can use so I can do it without having a mod chip?
