Are your hard drives IDE or Sata? You'll need screws for the motherboard (shoulda came with the case), an IDE cable for your 2 DVD/RWs (1 cable has 2 connections), and either 2 sata cables or 1 IDE cable for your 2 hard drives.

IDE I think here is what it says Maxtor 250GB EIDE HD 7200/2MB/ATA-133. But what is the difference between SATA, ATA and IDE? I also think the mother board has RAID what is that? Thanks for all the help too. The biggest question I had was about what the software is that comes with the mother board and what all of the other things it has. The picture shows some red cables and some stuff that you mount in the back of your case and connect to the motherboard most of them just look like usb or something.
IDE and ATA are the same. Sata cables are the red cables you saw, sata is a different, slightly faster, connection than IDE. RAID is when you have multiple hard drives and cofigure them in a type of RAID array to gain speed or quicker backups, wouldn't recommend setting up RAID unless you know what you are doing. You can get the software from the ASUS website. You'll need the drivers and most importantly your ethernet drivers downloaded before hand and saved to a disc to install once the computer is built otherwise you're screwed trying to get online.
