Just peeped this on my netflix xbox joint. This was well ahead of its time. I really enjoyed the history lesson about the business structure when we were doing well. Lots of pac footage, richie rich, 40, bo, mike mosely, rick rock so far.

Yeah "Bosses In The Booth" was way ahead of it's time, and was directed by Karl Gandy of Mastermind Multimedia. That's my folks right there... He's the same cat who directed "Treal TV Thizz Latin - Round 1". From what I hear he's workin on "Treal TV Thizz Latin - Round 2". Him and Mike Mosley started out as producers and business partners back in the day. I remember they had that studio wit Studio Ton in Vallejo in the same buldin' as E-40, D-Shot, and B-Legits clothing store back then.

He's one of the members of "The Konglomerati" along with Sam Bostic, Mike Mosley, and Femi Ojetunde and was one of the producers on that "Keak Da Sneak and Mike Mosley Presents - All In Da Doe". I also know that he's done alot of graphics, photography, and web design for a lot of top bay names too. He got a myspace page if you wanna get at him...
