This fuckhead is full of shit! He'll try any way possible to get a discount or better yet a refund!

This is how complicated this buyer can get.

After winning a Mac Dre Mixtape from me, he waits a few days and e-mails me stating that he will not pay for it because I am charging him too much for shipping and handling! I responded by telling him that my S&H price is firm and it was stated in my eBay auction under "Seller's Payment Instructions." He protests and states that I only charged him $2.50 before and will only pay $2.50 for S&H. I responded by telling his dumb ass that he got the wrong seller because I never charged $2.50 for Int'l S&H. I forwarded past paypal receipts from his past purchases from a year ago. I proved him wrong and made him look like a fool as well as making pay for the damn cd.

22 Days later.

The same fuckhead e-mails me telling me it's a CDR and generic front insert. He requests some kind of compensation or a full refund. Otherwsie he will leave me a negative fdbk. I told the buyer to read the description of the auction. He insists that I sold him a bootleg and that it was for friend. he also states that he has the cd and his was made with "high quality" insert and not a bootlegged cd! I got so frustarted with this fuckhead that I told him to fuck himself and leave the negative feedback as I will do the same. He's still trying to e-mail me and demands a refund!! WTF is up with this bitch?!

Avoid this BS by blocking this dick from bidding in your auctions..

I just blocked his ass. This is the same type of bullshit that the foo' named thatwinz69 tried to pull on me. Where is this asshole from? The reason why I ask is because I seem to get a lot of these idiots from a certain country who try to extort your ass in order to get what they want. That shit don't work with me. After thatwinz69 made a big fuss, his ass still didn't get a refund, even when Pay Pal and I agreed to refund him as long as he sent the CD back. His stupid as didn't do it and now he's stuck. Stupid mofo!!! I think that he works under other names as well. One of them is dtq69. I blocked both of them because they both tried the same shit.

Give the buyer 4 days send him a message that he has had long enough to get the money together and to send payment or to get back to you if he needs more time, then on the 7th day report the buyers ass to ebay and open a dispute with him over the payment. You can't report anything until the 7th day through ebay anyhow, so I would just start sending messages about sending payment. Honestly if you don't recieve the payment or a message by the seventh day, make sure you report his ass and open a dispute, I have had to do it with many buyers.

Good for him. He'll realize soon. Matter of fact. Just like we have a "Legit List" and the "Fraudulent Traders/Sellers" List. We should create on "Blocked Bidders". This list should be in the Vitals area as well. Before one should be created, we should make a list of rules/qualifications for it. Here's an example. If the buyer is trying to extort your ass; that would qualify his ass to be placed on the blocked bidder lists". It'll sort of be like a Union between the sellers. I think that it would work, but we need to come up with the qualifications. Only realistic qualification and evidence must be submitted. This way the buyers are protected from being black listed for some simple shit or just because somebody doesn't like the next man. Let's talk about it. Since ebay can't and won't do shit to protect sellers, we will.

Joe's submition was great. He told us what happend and provided proof. That should be one of the qualifyers right there.

homie the same exact thing happen to me and it was a bitch ass from canada. he won a auction and tried to lower the shipping and i said no, so he was a bitch and waited hella long on purpose to pay. then i sent the item and told him i didnt get a tracking # (i really did). he tried to say i didnt send the item and set up a dispute or whatever, saying i never sent the item. but then i provided the tracking number and it showed it had arrived hella long ago. dude was tryna take the shit and say he never got it, so he could get a refund too.

DOPE! I'm DEFINITELY gonna do the same when I block other eBayers (of course with substantial proof of their faultiness) and clearly tell them who they fucked over. Man, we gotta let these faulty ass eBayers know we're serious about doin business and don't tolerate bullshit ass actions! Like what I state in my motto, ""I'm not a businessman, but a BUSINESS... MAN!" Real talk tho.. these eBayers will soon think twice before pullin some bullshit move on any seller.

what kind of man would buy records and then start a dispute when everything went smooth? With myself, my consciousness wouldn't have allowed me to even play the CD if I knew that I had got it by being a smart ass such as the traders mentioned above. Hey, everybody know that packages sometimes get lost in the mail but that is a part of the game. Around 10% of the CDs won't ever show up and when I miss a package I contact the seller, but I never demand my money back. It isn't the seller's fault and it isn't my fault, it's just something that happened that was out of our hands. I feel that the only thing I can do is to ask whether the seller has another copy that I can buy from him or her. If he/she has, that's cool and if not that's it. Then I have to look for the fuckin CD another place. It's just a CD, not a kidney.
However, if the description of the CD has been wrong, like when I bought Look what you did to me by One gud cide off an amazon seller and it turned out to be a CDR bootleg, that is something else. Like Samuel Jackson: "I will strrrike down with fuuuurious anger..." LOL
