Man, goat meat is on some other level shit with me. The most daring meat I've had is alligator. That's as crazy as I get. I'm not eating anything that potentially has undigested aluminum in its stomach.

thats a negative, Lamberto.

I like birria, but I hate the 'caldo' that comes with it. The shit is coagulated for christs sake - barely edible. It is on par with menudo in the 'cure a hangover' category.

I met some dude the other day who said he's never had tacos de lengua before. Never even had lengua. Is that possible? Maybe I'm from a different world or something...goddamn Mexicans; we should stick with bagged pork rinds.

I've never had birria, I always passed on the get togethers when they were butchering the goat they picked up at the flea market and were making it...

does my mex-card get revoked? any good restaunts in sf or vallejo to get some?

Na your mex-card is intact homie, LOL. I don't know about any restaurants, you just need to hit up some random weddings and quinceneras! There is like a 97% chance of there being birria served! There are studies to prove that!

all my cunados but one were raised down south, so one of em took me to a 'good' birria spot in Fresno after a tough night of drinking. Shit tasted bomb, but I was hesitant on the caldo.

Didn't put any rice and beans in it though, just the onion/cilantro/limon

^ Yeah, well I can say that the majority of birria that I've had came from goats from ranches where I at least know, if not related, to the people who lived there. I'm pretty sure they don't let them eat some random shit like aluminum...
