Do any of know if there is a connection between these 2 Big B CD's?

Big B - Nothing But Game (Jackpot Records)
Big B - Let the Games Begin (Dirty Harry Productions)

I know the first CD is all Kansas City and I thought that both were from the same artist but now I hear the "Let Games Begin" is a Nashville release. Just curious if it's a different Big B.
