A heads up for those selling on eBay. You might consider adding this guy to your blocked bidders list. Sold him my MAJOR PLAYAZ HUSTLAZ & GANGSTAZ CD over a month ago. He claimed he never received it and filed a chargeback through PayPal.

EBAY ID: bank$$ta
EMAIL: [email protected]

NAME & ADDRESS:

my old account was to be suspended due to 0.66$ non paiment to ebay , so i open a new account " http://myworld.ebay.com/bank%24$ta " and recover my old account before 2 days , i got shit to explain
It's not surprising that you resorted to stealing since you couldn't even pay your eBay fees.

When I saw that you filed a chargeback I immediately tried getting ahold of you by email to see what the problem was but no response. Then after only 1 day, you decided to escalate the dispute into a claim. WTF? I then tried to get ahold of you again for over a week but no response. Only until the PayPal claim was in the final stages of refunding you your money did you decide to email me. Again it took over a week for your next response (2 days ago) and this time you said you are currently on vacation. Soon after this thread was made, I have received 2 responses from you in less than 24 hours.

CWH070 who posts on here notified me that you also tried stealing from him also. You filed a chargeback, but failed because he had proof of delivery.

All of the people to whom I sent out packages to on that day received theirs except for you. You have 2 eBay accounts (1 suspended), you've been avoiding my emails, and a couple of people here have also confirmed that you're a fraud. Until I get my money back or the CD is returned to me you'll stay being known as a thief and fraud

i would honestly considered doin some kind of action against paypal for that. seriously, because registered mail as far as what the mail people told me is like the highest on the list for protecting a package thru the mail internationally while signature conf. is the highest for u.s..

My bad, this is how it should read: bank$$ta. Who knows the correct spelling for the other one so I can add that to the list too?
did you use registered mail?

If you used registered mail, you would be covered either way. You have a tracking number on the registered receipt. Just check that, you will get you package back or it will say that it was received.

Signature...

You can also request the buyers/customers signature if you really used "Registered Mail". It may take up to 30 days to get the signature back, but once you get it...you can get your dough back. Pay Pal does accept this form of shipping, because A. you can track it. and B. You always can get a copy of his signature with the address that it was sent to. Once you submit that information, Pay Pal will overturn their ruling and you WILL get your money back. I love "Registered Mail". Oh yeah, once Pay Pal get's that signature, they'll also block him from using Pay Pal, then he'll have to use his buddys account or use a whole new credit card, bank account and etc. It will get real messy for him and believe me a mutual friend won't let him fuck up his account. Don't worry, you'll get your money back and he'll end up fucking up his own account in the end. That is of course if you really sent it with "Registered Mail"? At least that's how the United States Postal Service works. I don't know where you are at, but if it's the US...I can guarantee that you'll be okay. If the package is truly lost...I hope that you purchased insurance with that Registered Mail? Lot's of things to think about, but I'm sure that the information that I'm giving you helps.
