i agree, pac lived a lot of places. he did have roots here with his ma bein a panther and all, but im goin to say any one of those places could say pac was from there. and on the whole pac not bein born here....shit neither was sir too shez. i think there needs to be some guidelines on what is exactly makes the ''best rapper outta tha bay''
